How do you handle project communication?
Every project has a dedicated point of contact at Brainbucks. We communicate via email and video call primarily, with WhatsApp available for quick updates where preferred. You'll receive regular progress updates, review stages at key milestones, and a clear handover at project close.
How many revision rounds are included?
Most of our standard packages include 2 revision rounds — one after the initial design draft and one after your feedback is incorporated. Additional revision rounds can be added to any project at a fixed rate agreed before the project starts.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. If your project requires an NDA or confidentiality agreement before we begin, we're happy to sign one. Just let us know during the consultation stage.
What happens after my project is delivered?
Every project includes a handover session where we walk you through everything that's been built and how to manage it. Post-launch support is included for 30 days on all web and ecommerce projects — covering bug fixes, minor adjustments, and any technical issues that arise. Ongoing management and maintenance retainers are available for all service types.
